This site collects the minimum needed to run the label — contact enquiries and a newsletter list. Demo submissions are handled through LabelRadar. We don’t sell your data or share it beyond the services listed below.
What’s collected
- Contact forms — name, email, and whatever you send us, sent to our CRM so we can follow up.
- Demo submissions — submitted through our external LabelRadar portal, where you provide your demo and submission details.
- Newsletter signups — email address and your list preferences, held until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies — essential session cookies shared with the studio site, plus optional preferences, analytics, advertising, and embedded media. See our cookie policy for the full list and how to change your choices.
- Analytics and advertising — if you opt in, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads / Meta for site measurement and advertising. The Meta Pixel records page views and conversion events when you allow marketing cookies.

Where UK or EU data protection law applies:
- Contract — processing needed to respond to a demo or contact enquiry you submitted.
- Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and running essential cookies.
- Consent — analytics, advertising, optional embedded media, and marketing emails or newsletter signups.
Your choices
Every email from us includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. To request a copy of what we hold on you, or to have it deleted, email info@marulamusic.com — we’ll respond within a reasonable time and confirm once it’s done.

Neither Odoo nor n8n resells your information; they process it on our behalf to run the label.
